The ECOSNAIL Farm
We are specializing in snail production in Bulgaria, is ready to plan and ensure product deliveries to interested consumers. We also welcome partners to visit the farm to learn about the production technology, conditions, and to taste the finished products on-site.
We invite you to consider our 2024 harvest and express your interest in purchasing our products and planning further cooperation.
The assortment currently ready and stored in refrigeration includes:
- Helix Aspersa Maxima
- 5,000 kg of snails packaged in plastic boxes, each containing 5 nets of 2 kg
- 1,000 kg of cleaned, boiled, and frozen snail meat in 3 kg briquettes
- Helix Aspersa Müller
- 1,200 kg of snails packaged in plastic boxes, each containing 5 nets of 2 kg
Real annual production capacity:
- 50,000 kg of Helix Aspersa Maxima/Müller snails (maximum capacity of the Bulgarian farm)
- 300,000 kg of wild Helix Pomatia snails (Ukraine)
Important Note
With prior orders, production volumes can be increased
The farm has operated at only 20% capacity due to the lack of prior orders!
